Why I Bought Vladimir's Program

I’d been stuck for months at the gym... I kept seeing Anatoly’s content and thought, this is freaking hilarious.. but when‘Alright, let’s see if this guy actually knows his stuff.’ I bought the course late at night and dove in.

Progress What Actually Happened Month by Month

Honestly, I wish I documented more during the journey because it was wild watching myself change. Here's what I did manage to track...

Week 1 : Starting Out (Photo Above)

I will say starting out I looked like crap, and I felt like crap, sluggish. Unmotivated, as you can see in my picture. Overall, I will admit I felt like I didn't have much of my life together, and when I bought the Anatoly's program it felt like I made a huge major step.

I was skeptical. I didn’t know if this was going to be another generic program and Anatoly just had lucky genes.
First impression? Clean layout, GIFs made it easy to follow. I wasn’t overwhelmed.
I did my first couple of sessions from home with resistance bands and bodyweight on my first day.
Form felt off at first, but having the GIFs side by side helped a lot.
No major changes (obviously) but I actually felt motivated.

WEEK 4- MIDWAY

I wasn’t expecting to feel different this soon, but the energy boost and strength gains were real. It wasn’t dramatic yet but it felt like the first time in a while I was feeling good. The hardest part was just showing up consistently, but once I did, things started clicking.

Changes are noticeable! I have more energy.
Strength started coming back, and my gym lifts felt smoother.
I stuck to the program 4x/week and added some basic meal prep.
Still had cravings, still messed up meals here and there, but I was finally sticking to something.

WEEK 8 RESULTS

Eight weeks later and I barely recognize myself in the mirror. I’m leaner, more disciplined, and honestly just proud I didn’t quit. I think I could’ve pushed more but the structure of the plans made it easy to keep going and seeing these results reminds me why it was worth it.

I cleaned up my meals big time.
Started tracking workouts and sleep. The discipline carried into other areas of life.
Not gonna lie, the last two weeks were hard but the results are showing.
My waist shrunk, my shoulders widened, and I have more energy throughout the day.
I finally felt in control of my body again.
Proud of this second photo. This training program didn’t just give me results it got me out of a rut.

My Final Reflections

I should’ve taken more photos, more notes because seeing this transformation now makes me realize how far I came. If you’re on the fence, my advice is just start. Stick to it. You’ll be surprised what happens when you don’t quit and listen to someone who initially made you laugh with his Videos!

Frequently ask questions

Is this good for beginners?

Yes, the course is designed for all levels. Vladimir (aka Anatoly) shows you exactly how to pick the right weight and demonstrates proper form using easy-to-follow GIFs. Honestly, it’s super intuitive. Doing it with a buddy helps too, so they can watch your form and keep you accountable.

Is it a PDF or video course?

It’s a mix. There are a few short video modules, but most of the instruction is delivered through GIFs and written breakdowns. The GIFs are actually a highlight as they loop just the right moment of each lift, so you can pause, study, and copy the movement without getting lost in a long video.

What kind of results can I expect?

That depends on how closely you stick to the plan. But from my experience? It works. You’ll feel stronger, tighter, and more in control of your lifts. You can literally see the changes if you follow it seriously. Just don’t skip workouts or wing your diet but it’s a plan, not a magic trick.

Can women do it too?

He actually has a separate version of the course specifically for women. I can’t personally vouch for it since I haven’t gone through that one... but based on how solid this one was, I’d imagine it holds up.
